SunRail Evening Schedule Change Coming August 25

Affects the 7:15 p.m. heading North from Sand Lake Road Station.

Beginning Monday, August 25, SunRail is changing the time of its northbound, 7:15 p.m. train, which runs from the Sand Lake Road Station to points north. The time is being adjusted 15 minutes forward to 7:30 p.m. This is to meet the needs of potential customers, including those who work at the main campuses of Orlando Health and Florida Hospital in the Orlando metro area.

The schedule change is affecting only this particular SunRail train running northbound. Subsequent run times for other trains are not changing. SunRail team members continue to assess and review performance and customer service matters and are responding accordingly.

The Florida Department of Transportation urges motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians to obey railroad crossing signals and never cross at a closed crossing gate. Please practice rail safety, stay off railroad tracks, and always look and listen for a second train.
