Maitland Station

The Maitland Station is located near the current Parker Lumber site, just south of the Maitland Boulevard overpass, on U.S. Highway 17-92.

Maitland city officials are working on plans to redevelop the area immediately surrounding the station with a mix of transit-friendly residential, commercial, retail and office developments. The Maitland SunRail station also is within walking distance of the city's planned downtown redevelopment and municipal complex, with easy access to shopping, restaurants and a pedestrian path to neighboring residential communities. This station includes a park and ride lot with a bus connections available on U.S. Highway 17-92.
